Obtaining Land Certificate can be done through the Surveyor in Lagos who surveyed the land.
- Applicant to submit Application with Survey Plan to Record Unit for Assessment
- Record Unit to issue assessment of fee payable based on Location and Size of the land with evidence of submission of “Record Copy” by the private practicing Surveyor
- Applicant to take assessment form to Account Directorate for issuance of Bank Payment Advice
- Applicant to make appropriate payment at Sterling Bank and obtain Government Receipt
- Applicant to submit all relevant documents at the Registry of the Office of the Surveyor General as specified in the schedule including the following:-
(a)One sunprint copy of survey plan
(b)Evidence of payment of Assessment fee (Government Receipt)
(c)Evidence of payment of Development Levy Receipt
