Recently our team had one of the most amazing and smooth survey operations in Port Harcourt City. From the details of the area to be surveyed, the accommodations, down to transportation to the site were smooth. The client was also very cooperative and open to suggestions.

We sent out a team of two experienced surveyors to carry out a bathymetric survey and seabed scanning operation to assist in the planning design for a returning client. This comprehensive survey aimed to create an accurate depth map of a water body and also scan the seabed to see if there were any objects on the seabed which could impede construction work.

The survey lasted for four days and during the period of this survey, the weather was mostly sunny.

The maximum depth during this bathymetric survey was about 20m and several objects were detected on the seabed including a sunken canoe which was found in between the pile legs of the existing finger jetty on site.
